VNA Care offers free keep well clinics for those age 60 and older on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at Colonial Gardens (map). The next clinic is on August 27, 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
“Keep Well clinics are free and open to residents age 60 and over. Run by community health nurses from VNA Care Network & Hospice, services include health assessments (blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight monitoring; cardiopulmonary assessments, etc.) teaching (medication, diet, disease management, preventive health, etc.), and referrals to community resources.”
