Sure there’s Internet shopping, but sometimes you just need to pound the pavement. If you have some holiday errands to do this weekend and you’d like to do them without kids in tow, the Recreation Department can help.
For $25 per child (and $20 for each additional sibling), you can drop your kid off at the Arts Center for an afternoon of crafts, snacks, games and a movie, all under adult supervision. The Drop & Shop program is available on Saturday (12/13) and Sunday (12/14) from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
