One person is dead and other is missing after a car crashed into some trees in front of 17 Southville Road last night.
Southborough Police, Fire, and EMS responded to the one-car accident at 11:18 pm. Two occupants were extricated using the Jaws of Life. One was transported to UMass Medical Center and one to MetroWest Framingham Hospital. A third occupant was transported to MetroWest Framingham by a relative before emergency aid arrived on the scene.
One of the occupants later died at MetroWest Framingham. Names of the victims have not been released.
A fourth person is also believed to have been in the car. State and local police with K-9 units search for the person with no success. Rail carrier CSX suspended freight and MBTA rail service in the area for over an hour during the search.
