Here’s the report from Southborough resident Bruce Ledoux who you might remember competed in the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona race this weekend:
24 hours. 572 laps. New radiator, engine mount, water pump and half-shaft. Lots of tires. Not much sleep. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
According to his wife Linda, Bruce and his team came in 18th in their class and 28th overall. And the best news is they raised $70K for Children’s Hospital. They’re short of their fundraising goal of $100K, but there’s still time to make donations by visiting the Guardian Angel Motorsports website.
You can read more about the race on Bruce’s blog Sixth Gear.

That is a lot of money! Congratulations to the team for raising that amount for the Children’s Hospital. It is a little short but I am sure you will be able to reach your targets. Kudos to you and to your team.
It is impressive, isn’t it? Such a cool thing to do.
