A My Southborough reader sent in photos of some action on Orchard Road this weekend:
Someone visiting my neighbor today was backing out of their driveway and missed the paved part and went off a small stone wall and was suspended in the air.
The police and fire departments were called along with a tow truck (who wasn’t able to help) and the power company (the car moved an electrical box). We didn’t lose power, but it made for a little excitement on the street this afternoon.
Ultimately, the fire department had to stack a handful of wooden blocks underneath the suspended wheel so they were able to drive it onto the grass safely.
