I’m looking for a way to comment on 150 Cordaville Rd. Is this the place to comment on any of the topics above or just the last one?
Here’s my comment, wherever it belongs:
Additional factors to consider–if the town buys 150 Cordaville, we lose the tax revenue AND we are left with two buildings in the center of our town — what do we do with them? Pay to tear them down (anyone want a used fire or police station?) or sell them? Would we want that significant central location to become private commercial property?

Donna, in general more people will see and respond to your comment if you add it to the post that covers the topic. But, things are pretty informal on this blog, so feel free to add comments wherever you’d like. :)
If you’d like to see the latest discussion going on about 150 Cordaville Road, here’s a post from earlier this week:

Donna,
I have read that St. Mark’s has a long term goal of moving their dormitories to the east side of Rt 85. Perhaps they would be interested in both properties.
