Local developer Tony Kwan secured approval from the Planning Board last week to add 3,000 square feet to the Southboro Medical complex on Newton Street.
It you drive north on Newton Street past the main Southboro Medical building, you’ll come to a small stand-alone building at the north end of the property. That’s the building that will be expanded. It’s the future home of a new spine injury clinic.
There’s also a large cleared area behind the building that will be used for an additional 200 parking spaces to serve the entire complex.
