The house at 209 Parkerville is being converted into an affordable home
For over 20 years, the Southborough Housing Opportunity Partnership Committee, SHOPC for short, has worked to promote and facilitate a range of housing options in Southborough. There’s currently a vacancy on the committee, so if you’re concerned about housing issues in town, this could be the opportunity for you to get involved.
SHOPC’s charter has them focusing largely on affordable housing opportunities. In recent years, the committee has influenced a wide range of projects, from the single-family affordable home at 209 Parkerville Road to the proposed Woodland Meadows 40B.
