On March 23, the Northorough Southborough Special Education Parents Advisory Council (NSPAC) will present a talk on special education law and the rights of parents and students.
Presented by Eileen M. Hagerty, a partner at the law offices of Kotin, Crabtree, and Strong LLP, the presentation will cover evaluations, eligibility, development and implementation of IEPs, transition planning and services, and dispute resolution.
