Here are the department and committee meetings for the week. The selectmen meet on Tuesday, but as far as I can tell, there’s nothing of major significance on the agenda, just the usual assortment of town business.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on Wednesday. One of the items on their agenda is a hearing on a proposed 15-unit 40B complex off Oregon Road called Stonebrook Village. I don’t have a lot of background on this one, but sounds like it’s been kicking around for a while. The developer, Capital Group Properties, was before the Conservation Commission earlier this year to discuss the project. Anyone have more info?
