Youth baseball players from Southborough capture tournament wins

A My Southborough reader sent in this report of some youth baseball players from Southborough who are — if you’ll forgive the pun — knocking it out of the park this season:

Five of Southborough’s 10-year-old baseball players have enjoyed success winning two AAU championships in baseball tournaments this month – The Legends Spring Tournament in NH, and The Triple Crown Tournament Championship in CT.  All of the players contributed to the success of the team, and enjoyed their team’s accomplishments.  Collectively, all the players have been recognized as being solid players and demonstrating great teamwork and sportsmanship throughout.  The boys are preparing for a trip to Long Island, NY over Memorial Day weekend to participate in another exciting tournament with teams from all over NE, NJ, and NY.
