Chief is still looking for a lieutenant

I saw this little snip on the BOS agenda – Moran back again for a Police Lieutenant in crime infested Southboro. Talk about looking foolish. This is right in line with the Boston Firefighters looking for 19 % payhike when people are losing their houses. Don’t worry though, the total cost will be ONLY about 10k.
