The Northborough-Southborough Special Education Parent Advisory Council will host a dessert and coffee hour on Friday to welcome back parents and kick off the 2010-2011 school year. Anyone interested in special education services in the district is invited to attend.
Here’s a description of the event from NSPAC:
Come out and connect with old friends and make some new ones. Meet the NSPAC officers, a group of supportive parents who have “been there.” See what we have planned for the year and learn how we provide information and support for families. As always, your ideas and suggestions are welcome.
The event takes place on Friday, September 24 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Algonquin Regional High School cafeteria patio. Use the lower rotunda entrance and then follow the signs to the cafeteria.
NSPAC is a volunteer organization serving as a resource to parents and guardians of children in the Northborough/Southborough district with special needs and learning differences. You can learn more on their website (nspac.org).
