Get your road race raffle tickets at the Transfer Station tomorrow

Even if you’re not running or walking in Sunday’s annual Heritage Day Road Race, you can still participate — and help out the Southborough Food Pantry — by buying a raffle ticket. They’ll be on sale at the Transfer Station on Saturday morning from 10:30 am until noon.

Tickets are $1 each, or 11 for $10, and they’ll give you the chance to win some great prizes including gift certificates from Every Body Balance, Evolve Fitness, A Beautiful You, Panzanos, Trees and Shrubs, Hot Topics, Roche Brothers, Dicks Sporting Goods, PR Running, RaceID.com, Classic Calligraphy, Southborough Golf, Trombetta Mini Golf, movie tickets, Skyrise Children’s Theater and the Worcester Sharks.

The raffle will be held Sunday morning at the road race, which kicks off at Neary School. You don’t need to be present to win.

And don’t forget, there’s still time to register for the 5K/10K run or the 5K walk. See this post for more details. The annual race is sponsored by Southborough Rotary. Proceeds go to the Southborough Food Pantry.

On Sunday October 10, at 10 at the Neary/Trottier Complex, the Southborough Rotary will host the 34th Annual Heritage Day Road Race. This year we are pleased to announce that Team Hoyte – Dick Hoyte and his son Rick, will join other runners and walkers from Southborough and the surrounding area in our quest to Run from Hunger, and Walk toward Hope, and fill the Southborough Food Pantry.
