Photos: Spooky Southborough

Drive around Southborough and you’ll see no shortage of pumpkins on front steps, ghosts suspended from eaves, scarecrows warning off more than just the birds, and any number of other Halloween decorations. But drive down Parkerville Road south of Route 9, and you’ll come across a Halloween display that’s a bit more elaborate.

For many years now the family at 139 Parkerville Road has put on quite a Halloween display. Last year the theme was Harry Potter. This year it’s all about your favorite villains — Cruella De Ville, Captain Hook (with Tinkerbell hovering nearby), the Wicked Queen, and more.

The display is truly impressive. It’s a worth a drive by if you haven’t seen it already. It looks like there are lights set up to illuminate the characters, so it might be fun to see it at night. Here are some daytime photos to give you a taste (click to enlarge).

Wow! Highly impressive! Hope to catch a glimpse before it’s taken down…
