On February 12, Southborough’s Fay School will host the basketball assessment round of the Massachusetts Special Olympics. The assessment round is a regional competition intended to assess athlete and team ability before the state Winter Games in early March.
Fay is looking for both adult and youth volunteers to help out during the games. The tournament runs all day, and volunteers are needed both for morning and afternoon sessions. You don’t need any basketball knowledge to help out. Volunteers are needed to assist with registration and other logistics.
