The chefs at Culinary Underground believe home cooking is easier if you understand what your equipment can do. On Saturday morning they’ll hold a free demo on the use and application of common kitchen tools, from food processors to pressure cookers to quality knives.
The demo runs from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon at Culinary Underground’s new location in the Brickyard Square plaza on Route 9 (21 Turnpike Road). An assortment of kitchen tools will also be for sale in the Kitchen Corner store adjacent to the classroom.
Also look for Culinary Underground at the Worcester Wine and Food Festival on Monday evening, where they’ll be serving up barbequed brisket with cranberries and hard cider along with dessert bruschetta with homemade ricotta and seasonal fruit. Yum!
