The New England Center for Children will hold its 5th Annual 5K Walk/Run for Autism on Saturday, May 7 at Trottier Middle School. The race route follows Deerfoot, Parkerville, and Clifford Roads.
Proceeds from the event benefit NECC’s Annual Fund, which helps provide students with items such as playground equipment, new student cubbies, learning software and upgrades to residential facilities, as well as pool supplies and safety equipment for the Aquatic Center.
Registration is $25 until May 5, and $30 the day of the race. Day-of registration begins at 8:30 am, with the race starting at 10:00 am. The first 600 registered runners and walkers will receive a race T-shirt.
