Southborough dancers are working hard this week preparing for a performance Sunday of Madeline and the Gypsies by the Metrowest Ballet. The show takes place at Lincoln-Sudbury High School at 2:00 pm. Tickets are available online.
The show, based on an illustrated children’s novel by Ludwig Bemelmans, follows the beloved Madeline to a Gypsy carnival accompanied by Pepito, the son of the Spanish Amassador. Metrowest Ballet says it’s a wonderful event for children and families.
Southborough cast members include Katherine Hansen, Madeline Hansen, Lucy Marous, Haley Hong, Chloe Hong and Lisa Roth.
