The Epicurean Room at Assabet got a facelift this summer, and staff and students are excited to show it off. They’re opening on Thursday with a special all-you-can-eat lunch buffet. Here are the details.
On Thursday, September 22nd, the Epicurean Room restaurant at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School will be re-opening for the 2011-2012 season, and the kick off will be a fantastic All You Can Eat buffet for only $8.50.
The restaurant had a complete makeover this summer, and is adding many new delectable dishes for your dining pleasure. Chef Margo Wilson, lead instructor in the Culinary Arts/Chef Training program at the school, says “We are looking forward to showing off our newly renovated dining area, and offering some wonderful new entrees to our patrons. The public is urged to come have lunch or hold a business meeting here in our lovely full service restaurant. They won’t be disappointed!”
The restaurant will be open from Tuesdays through Fridays from 11 AM to 1 PM, with an ‘All You Can Eat’ buffet on Thursdays. Reservations are encouraged, as it often fills, and can be made by calling 508-485-9430, ext. 1119.
