This is the latest in an ongoing series in which readers are invited to share their favorite spots in and around Southborough. For more in the series, click here.
Driving around Southborough you can just start to see a hint of color in the leaves, a promise of the fall foliage season to come. Like many in New England, autumn is my favorite season, and I gleefully anticipate the cooler temperatures and the brilliant fall colors.
We’re lucky in Southborough that we don’t actually have to go anywhere to see beautiful leafy vistas – a drive across one of the town’s causeways or a visit to Breakneck Hill Conservation Land is often all you need. But it’s nice to venture out on occasion for the full autumnal effect.
So, leaf peepers, where do you love to go for some fall color? Share your favorites, and why you love them, in the comments.
