Developers behind a proposed subdivision off Boston Road will go before the Planning Board tonight to seek approval to build three single-family homes and one duplex at 244-246 Boston Road. The subdivision would be called Brewer Estates.
According to town records, the two-parcel lot, located adjacent to the development on William Onthank Lane, comprises just over six acres and is zoned Residential B. It was purchased by its current owners in 2009.
Before they can begin construction, developers will need the Planning Board to sign off on their site plan along with two special permits. You can read more details in this public notice.
Tonight’s Planning Board meeting starts at 7:00 pm at the Town House Hearing Room, and is open to the public. Copies of the plans, applications, and other project documents can also be reviewed at the Planning Board office at the Town House during normal business hours.
