I just got word of this and wanted to pass it along. The DoSomething volunteer club at Algonquin is holding a bone marrow registration drive on Friday at the school. It’s open to anyone over the age of 18, and it takes only 10 minutes and a simple cheek swap to get entered into the national registry. Do so, and you could help save someone’s life.
The registration drive runs from 10:40 am to 2:00 pm. Enter through the rotunda and make your way to the gym where you’ll find volunteers happy to sign you up.
