Southborough historian and author Donna McDaniel has been making the rounds sharing fascinating stories from her recently-published book Southborough Memories. If you haven’t had a chance to hear her talk yet, you have another chance this week. Here are the details.
Southborough’s own Donna McDaniel will discuss her new book Southborough Memories, at the library on Wednesday evening, December 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the main reading room. The book is a history of the town of Southborough in the words of long-time Southborough residents. It would interest family historians and local historians alike and make a great gift!
McDaniel has lived in Southborough for 39 years, and was the first woman elected to the Board of Selectmen. She authors a bi-weekly column Northborough/Southborough Villager.
The talk by Donna McDaniel on Southborough Memories is free and open to the public. No registration required. Call the Library at 508-485-5031 for more information.
Copies of Southborough Memories will be on sale during the talk.
