Why flags are at half staff today: Monday, February 27, 2012

Acting Governor Timothy P. Murray has ordered flags lowered to half staff today in honor of Marine Corporal Christopher Arzola. A Westfield native, Arzola was one of three Marines killed in a car accident near Camp Pendleton, California earlier this month.
