Monday, February 27, 2012
- 9:28 am – Officers investigated a hold-up alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
- 10:28 am – Officers investigated a report of a low-hanging tree on Sears Road. The DPW was notified of the hazard.
- 11:31 am – A Woodland Road resident reported an incident of possible fraud (via phone).
- 11:59 am – A medical was reported at a Newton Street business.
- 12:32 pm – A second medical was reported at a Newton Street business.
- 2:49 pm – Officers responded with the Southborough Fire Department, to investigate a carbon monoxide alarm at a Northboro Road business.
- 3:21 pm – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Nipmuc Lane residence.
- 4:10 pm – A No Trespass Order was served to a Middle Road resident.
- 4:40 pm – ARRESTED: An Upton man was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence (3rd Offense), Operating with a Suspended License, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Registration, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Mr. Spencer was also issued a civil citation for possession of an open container of alcohol.
- 5:08 pm – A resident of Southville Road reported a loose dog in the front yard of their home. The Animal Control Officer was notified.
- 6:48 pm – Officers investigated a report of solicitors in the area of Oregon Road. The responding officer was unable to locate the two males that were described by the reporting party.
- 9:33 pm – An officer responded to Latisquama Road for a report of a vehicle blocking the roadway. The vehicle was broken down, and the officer assisted the motorist with removing the vehicle from the roadway.
- 9:34 pm – Officers attempted to serve a No Trespass Order to a Stockwell Lane resident. The individual was not at home at the time.

- 1:27 am – On-duty officer reports a large, deceased animal on Cordaville Road. The Animal Control officer was notified.
- 7:29 am – A No Trespass Order was served to a Stockwell Lane resident.
- 12:43 pm – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
- 2:12 pm – Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
- 4:18 pm – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from an Oak Hill Road residence.
- 6:28 pm – Officers assisted another disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.

- 6:55 am – Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Northboro Road business.
- 10:12 am – Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Willow Street business.
- 11:11 am – A Turnpike Road business owner reported that scrap metal was taken from his business at some point during the night. The responding officer took a report of the incident.
- 11:29 am – A Framingham resident was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Being Licensed, after a car stop on Turnpike Road.
- 3:00 pm – Officers responded to the Red Roof Inn for a report of an unwanted guest on the premises. The male party was brought to the police station, and temporary housing was located for the individual.
- 3:08 pm – Officers investigated a suspicious motor vehicle that was reported to be near Turnpike Road and Deerfoot Road Ext. The vehicle was found to be disabled, and officers assisted the motorist on scene.
- 6:15 pm – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Southville Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
- 6:20 pm – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Skylar Drive. Injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
- 6:27 pm – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Chestnut Hill Road. Injuries were reported by the original caller, but the vehicle had left the area prior to officers arriving on scene.
- 6:56 pm – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Woodland Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
- 7:29 pm – Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Chestnut Hill Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
- 8:33 pm – Officers checked on a suspicious male party that was walking down Main Street. The individual checked out o.k.
