Those of you looking to get your coffee fix will soon have another option. On Monday Red Barn Coffee Roasters will open its second Southborough location featuring its locally-roasted coffee and an all-new food menu.
The new shop is located at 20 Turnpike Road (Route 9 eastbound). The original location at 205 Turnpike Road (Route 9 westbound) will remain.
At a licensing hearing late last month a representative from Red Barn told the Board of Selectmen the new location will offer breakfast, lunch, catering, and coffee. It will be open 7-days per week. The board voted unanimously to approve the license.
“People are impressed with the current operation,” Selectman Dan Kolenda said. “It sounds like a good idea.”
According to their Facebook page, the new Red Barn location will open on Monday, April 23.
Great news. I’ve been looking for this since Long Cadillac moved in at the end of Middle Rd.
