The Friends of the Southborough Library have been funding library “extras” – thinking special programming, events, museum passes, and more – since 1972. On Thursday, April 26, they’ll hold a brainstorming session to plan all the exciting things they’ll offer in the future.
If your family loves the library, the Friends want to hear from you. Some of the topics they’ll consider on Thursday include:
- What events should we sponsor this year?
- Could you manage or do you know someone who might take on a leadership role for the group?
- Any new ideas for fundraising? For community events at the Library?
New members are invited to attend. The meeting starts at 7:30 pm and is expected to last about an hour. Refreshments will be served.
All the best to the Friends of the Southborough Library. I wish you success in your fundraising efforts.
