Flags in Southborough and across the state are flying at half staff today in honor of SFC Donald Reis of Fall River who died of cancer earlier this week. Reis was on active duty with the Massachusetts National Guard at the time of his death and had served three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was 31 years old.
