Southborough photographer Chris Wraight (www.thawkspix.com) was in East Longmeadow – in the rain – earlier this week to capture the Algonquin girls and boys lacrosse teams’ back-to-back wins in their respective state semifinal games. The lacrosse teams will play another doubleheader on Friday at Foley Stadium on Worcester when the girls take on Westwood in the state finals at 5:00 pm, and the boys face Concord-Carlisle at 7:30 pm.
This afternoon the Algonquin baseball team is facing off against Westfield in the Division 1 state semifinals at Szot Field in Chicopee. The game started at 4:00 pm. You can follow the action live on Twitter here.
