At the annual Algonquin Senior Scholarship night held in May, the Northborough-Southborough Music Association awarded twelve scholarships totaling $7,000 to graduating seniors. The scholarships recognize students for their “commitment to the music programs and desire to pursue music, making it an integral part of their future,” the organization said.
NSMA is a nonprofit organization of dedicated parents supporting music within the Northborough and Southborough communities. Funds for the scholarships were raised through private donations and fundraisers like the year-end music extravangza Pops Night. For more information, visit nsma.info.
