The Southborough Library will host a lively presentation by Dr. Louis Fazen, Southborough resident and chairman of the Board of Health, on Thursday, September 20, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. at the Library, 25 Main Street, Southborough.
Did you know that many deaths in the United States are preventable? Learn how to stop dying and save healthcare costs, as Dr. Fazen says. A graduate of Northwestern University Medical School, Dr. Fazen was trained as a pediatrician at Johns Hopkins, where he obtained a masters degree in public health. During his career, he published numerous articles on medical epidemiology and public health. Dr. Fazen’s presentation at the Southborough Library will focus on the preventable causes of death in our modern society.
