In its second year, the Southborough Business Network’s INSIDE STORY speaker series has featured presentations by a number of leaders in the Southborough business community. Last week they invited the President and CEO of Kaz, Inc. to talk about building a global brand.
Organizers sent along some photos of the event and this recap:
A standing room only crowd was riveted by Kaz Inc. President and CEO Julien Mininberg’s presentation, “Building a $700 M Global Business with World-Class Brands in Southborough.” The Southborough Library hosted the event on Thursday, November 8 as part of its Southborough Business Network’s INSIDE STORY speaker series, a quarterly event that features business leaders who live or work in Southborough as a way to bring the local business community together to learn about the various businesses represented in the town.
I wonder if anyone asked Mr. Mininberg if US corporate tax rates are too low or if profits allowed him to pay a higher tax rate (you know, are they paying their fair share). Or I wonder did anyone ask what might happen if Southborough raised rates on businesses.
Guess I should have gone to the meeting.
