  • Boy Scout Troop 92’s Annual Kids Shop – Woodward Elementary School, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm – A safe and affordable place for youngsters (and parents) to do their holiday shopping. (more)
  • Indoor Craft Fair – Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm – Shop for unique hand-crafted items in a relaxed atmosphere, away from the mall crowds. Proceeds benefit the Assabet Valley Athletic Booster Club.
  • St. Mark’s Annual Christmas Bazaar – St. Mark’s Church, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm – Featuring the White Elephant, jewelry & toy sales, hand crafts, fresh greens, silent auction, basket raffles, hot lunch, photos with Santa, and more. (more)
  • Chestnut Hill Annual Gift Sale – 10 Chestnut Hill Road, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm – Shop for unique, hand-made gifts by local artisans. (more)
  • Artist Open StudiosVarious locations, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm – Local artisans will open their home studios for holiday shopping. (more)

Sunday, December 2

  • Fay School Admissions Open House Fay School, 1:00 to 4:00 pm – Fay school will open its doors to prospective families for tours and information. (more)
  • Handel’s Messiah – Pilgrim Church, 3:30 pm – The Messiah Community Chorus presents selections from Handel’s Messiah with orchestra and soloists. (more)

Hopkinton’s Playtown Express moves to Southborough with their Grand Opening this weekend. They’re moving into the old Indoor Playground Space and I know my children are very excited! From their website:

We have some very exciting news!! PlayTown Express will be reopening in Southborough, MA Saturday, December 1st! Santa will be joining us for our Grand Opening from 10-12! We will offer face painting and refreshments for the kids! Bring a nonperishable food item for the local food bank and receive $1 off admission. Come one, come all!
