- Preschool Story Time (10:30 – 11:15 am): This program is for children age 2-5 years old and their parents or caregivers. Each story time will feature stories and a craft based on a weekly theme. Drop-in, no registration required.

- Legos at the Library (3:45 – 5:00 pm): Children age 4 and up are invited to build with Legos at the library. Legos and project ideas will be provided. Parents or caregivers must stay with the children, and all Legos must remain at the library. Drop-in, no registration required.
- Teen Advisory Group (6:30 – 7:30 pm): Come and provide valuable input into the purchasing of young adult books and materials as well as help plan teen programs. Pizza and soda are donated by the Friends of the Southborough Library. Location: Meeting Room across from the Children’s Room

- Young Adult Book Club (6:30 – 7:30 pm ): Come join the young adult book group to discuss The Amulet of Samarkand, by Jonathan Stroud. Pizza and soda are donated by the Southborough Dominos Pizza on Route 9. Meeting Room across from the Children’s Room.

- Baby and Toddler Time (11:00 – 11:30 am): This program is for children age 0-2 years and their parents or caregivers. Each weekly story time will include puppets, short stories, and music. Drop-in, no registration required.

- Library Open House (10:00 am – 2:00 pm): Join us for a day of holiday cheer as we decorate the Library’s Christmas tree, and enjoy refreshments. Take a look at this year’s photography display done by Southborough resident Richard Tranfaglia. Enjoy the new Teen Space. Library Friends will have a table for new member sign up and the Friends’ Book Sale room will be open – great gift idea: a Library book bag filled w/gently used books! Reasonable prices and a great selection. See you at the Library.
- Christmas Tree Decorating Party (10:30 am – 12:00 pm) – All children are invited to the annual Christmas Tree decorating party at the library. Make ornaments, decorate the tree, and enjoy refreshments! No registration required.
