Ann A. (Supeck) Garavente, 81, of Southborough died peacefully on Monday March 11, 2013 at Beaumont of Westborough, after a period of declining health. She was she was the beloved wife of Alfred Garavente for the past 53 years.
Born in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Catherine (Kata) Supeck.
Ann was a 1948 graduate of Marlboro High School. For many years she worked as a clerk for Metropolitan Life Insurance. Ann enjoyed music, square dancing with her husband and crafts. She was also a member of St. Anne Church of Southborough.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughters, Sandra Moran and her husband Paul of Bloomsburg, PA; Cheryl Garavente of Framingham; 2 grandchildren, Bobby Moran and his wife Stephanie of Concord, NC; Kelly Lafayette and her husband Craig of Denver, CO. and pre-deceased by a sister Marion Arcand.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, March 15, from 5 to 7 at the Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main St. Southborough. A Mass of resurrection will be held on Saturday, March 16 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church, 20 Boston Road, Southborough. Burial will follow in the Southborough Rural Cemetery.
