Algonquin Boosters Tennis will hold the Fourth Annual McCurdy Tennis Tournament on Sunday, June 9. The tournament, which is open to all ages and skill levels, is named in honor of beloved Algonquin girls tennis coach Jan McCurdy who passed away from cancer in 2009.
Proceeds will benefit the Algonquin tennis program, and will go toward supplies, equipment and maintenance of the tennis courts. A portion of the proceeds will also be be donated to the American Cancer Society in McCurdy’s honor.
All play is doubles, and the cost is $20 per team. Registration ends Tuesday, June 4. For more information, or to sign up, download the registration form (PDF).
