- 0140 hrs- An officer responded to the area of Southville Road to investigate a report of a car alarm sounding in the area. The responding officer reported back negative findings.
- 0300 hrs- Officers returned to the same area on Southville Road to investigate another report of a car alarm sounding. The vehicle was located and officers attempted to make contact with the owner of the vehicle.
- 0830 hrs- Officers investigated a report of a one car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
- 0919 hrs- A motorist from Southborough, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked License.
- 1007 hrs- An officer on patrol reported that a stop sign on Parkerville Road had been vandalized.
- 1033 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Pine Hill Road residence.
- 1246 hrs- ARRESTED: A Chelsea man was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked License. He was also cited for an inspection violation.
- 1337 hrs- Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on Parkerville Road. Injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
- 1438 hrs- A motorist from Taunton, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle after License Suspension and Failure to inspect their motor vehicle.
- 1500 hrs- A motorist from Marlborough, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle after Registration Suspension.
- 1519 hrs- A motorist from Weymouth, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operation a Motor Vehicle after Revoked Registration; Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle; and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.
- 1623 hrs- Officers investigated a report of annoying phone calls made to a Bantry Road resident.
- 2055 hrs- Officers responded to Fisher Road for a report of a fallen utility pole that had taken down power lines. National Grid was notified of the incident.
- 2255 hrs- Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Cordaville Road.

- 0127 hrs: ARRESTED: A Worcester man was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked License; Failure to Inspect Vehicle; and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked Registration.
- 0341 hrs- ARRESTED: A Northborough man was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the Influence of Alcohol.
- 0441 hrs- Southborough Police requested an officer from Westborough Police to assist with booking the prisoner (mutual aid).
- 1809 hrs- Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Pine Hill Road. Injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
- 1946 hrs- A medical was reported at a Park Street residence.
- 2004 hrs- A medical was reported at a Turnpike Road business.
- 2026 hrs- Officers investigated a report of an erratic operator on Framingham Road.
- 2317 hrs- Officers investigated a report of a car alarm sounding in the Highland Road area.

- 0103 hrs- Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.
- 0615 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.
- 0807 hrs- A resident of Boston Road reported that their motor vehicle was stolen from their residence at some point during the night. The vehicle was later recovered in Middleboro, MA. The detective unit is currently investigating the incident.
- 0927 hrs- A resident of Valley Road reported that four motor vehicles parked in their driveway were broken into last night. Among the items take were jewelry and loose change. - 1018 hrs- Officers investigated another report of a B&E to a motor vehicle on Valley Road. Several items were reportedly taken from the vehicle.
- 1127 hrs- A medical was reported at a Boston Road residence.
- 1258 hrs- A resident of Meadow Lane reported that three motor vehicles parked in their driveway were broken into last night. The owner reported that nothing of significant value was taken, but there was evidence that each of the vehicles had been rummaged through. The responding officer took a report, and the detective unit is currently investigating the break-ins.
- 1841 hrs- A motorist from Haverhill, MA was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License.
- 2131 hrs- Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Presidential Drive residence.
- 2217 hrs- Officers responded to Oak Hill Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator in the area. The responding officers reported back negative findings, and Ashland Police were notified that it may be heading their way.
