In two weeks Trottier Middle School will host a festival for 6th-8th graders. The annual event, put on by Southborough Youth and Family Services, is called Fall Fest.
The party is almost a carnival with overlapping entertainment, contests, and activities.
Students can win prizes, hang out with their friends and dance. There will be a DJ, games, sporting events, and concessions.
More entertainment is still being planned. And SYFS is giving Trottier students the chance to weigh in on themes, activities, and even the prizes.
Running this event requires both high school and adult volunteers.
The event will run from 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm on Friday, November 1, 2013.
If you are willing to volunteer to help out for the night, or at least a shift, please email SYFS at scassell@southboroughma.com. (Or post a comment on their facebook page: www.facebook.com/southboroughyouthandfamily.)
