Normally, I like to help promote library programs. But next week they are holding one that I’m hoping gets poor attendance.
Don’t get me wrong. I hope that it provides information helpful for those who need it. I’m just hoping there aren’t too many of you who have that need.
On Tuesday, November 19, at 7:00 pm, the Southborough Library will host a divorce workshop.
Workshop on Divorce Basics: What You Should Know
Do you have questions as you consider separation or divorce?
Susan Grinblatas, Esq., and Jennifer Zaniboni, LICSW, will present. Jennifer Zaniboni is a psychotherapist and trained mediator with over 20 years of experience working with couples and families. Susan Grinblatas, Esq., is an attorney and trained mediator with over 17 years of experience in the field of divorce, litigation and estate planning.
Topics include: the legal process, parenting and custody plans, property and asset division, tax and insurance considerations, mediation and litigation, coping, minimizing impact on children and where to find resources. Participants will come away with the information and direction needed to make sound decisions during this challenging time.
This program is free and open to the public. Plan to attend and get a clear overview of the processes involved, addressing the emotional, financial and legal aspects of separation and divorce.
