The Massachusetts Family Law Group is offering a free workshop in Southborough this month. The group promises to help people headed for divorce to avoid major pitfalls.
The seminar will take place on February 20 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Route 9 Legal Center, 304 Turnpike Road. Participants will hear:
- The three steps you must take right away to protect yourself and your family
- What to expect – legally and financially – during the divorce process
- The five biggest mistakes people make in divorce and custody proceedings
The two-hour seminar:
will provide an overview of the divorce process in Massachusetts, while focusing on the crucial issues of child support and alimony, custody and parenting plans, property division and allocation of debt.
Participants will receive a packet of worksheets, checklists and other valuable information – at no cost, and without obligation.
The seminar will be repeated May 28th and July 22nd.
