Southborough Little League’s Opening Day is this Sunday, May 4th at Mooney Field behind Finn School.
They have so many fun activities planned, that I wanted to know if those of us who don’t have kids in baseball can join in. The answer is yes.
The day begins for Little Leaguers at 8:00 am with pictures in uniform.
Spectators are welcome for the annual parade and Opening Day Ceremony at 10:30 am.
Other festivities begin at noon. So, come on out to support youth baseball and enjoy:
- a Carnival with inflatables, speed pitch, and face painting
- a BBQ cookout
- baseball games
- a Silent Auction including Red Sox tickets, golf, and signed sports memorabilia
