Relax: Meditation – May 3rd, Yoga – May 8th

Two free, upcoming events are pointed at helping residents to reach their inner peace: Meditation and Yoga.

Meditation at the Library
Saturday, May 3 at 10:30 am

Begin National Meditation Month with less stress. Dr. Allan Hughes will help you discover simple meditation techniques in this powerful and engaging workshop. All are welcome.

Thursday, May 8th from 5:30 – 6:30 pm

This is a gentle practice that focuses on simple stretching postures and breath to release stress and relax the body and mind.

Feel free to bring a friend or family member and don’t forget your yoga mat too!

The event will be held inside the Southboro Senior Center but is a community-wide event intended for all ages.
