The State Primary election is coming up and the Town Clerk’s Office would like to remind residents Wednesday, August 20, is the last day to register to vote or change party enrollment.
The Town Clerk’s Office will be open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on August 20.
State Primary election will be held on September 9, 2014.
This election includes the spot currently held by Representative Carolyn Dykema (D).
Hopkinton resident Trish Vanaria (R) announced running for state rep in April, as reported by Southborough Wicked Local (read more).
Dykema (D) and Vanaria (R) will be looking for voter support in the primary election.
Also up for election are several other state level positions and the U.S. Senate seat for Massachusetts. The Town Clerk’s office has shared with me samples of the upcoming ballots: Democrat and Republican.
