Flags in Southborough and across the state are flying at half staff today, Thursday, August 14, 2014 in honor of Major General Harold J. Greene, 55, U.S. Army, who died on August 5, 2014.
Major General Greene, killed in an attack in Afghanistan, is the highest ranking member of the military killed in action in the Afghan war.
