RAP registration begins September 8th (Updated again)

The Southborough Recreation Department has posted the first RAP classes of the school year.

Most classes for most don’t begin until late September, with registration opening September 9th. But if you are trying to organize your activity and transportation schedule for the fall, it’s good to look ahead.

If you aren’t familiar, RAP stands for Recreation After-school Programs. Most of these take place at the school, so parents are only responsible for picking kids up at the end.

The town offers classes to get your kids’ hearts pumping or creative juices flowing. Educational classes hope to sharpen their skills or expand their minds. And because classes are only 4-5 sessions, it’s a good chance for kids to try something new.

Below is a quick overview of offerings. Visit the Recreation Department’s website for details or to register.

Where is the high school boy who taught at Neary? He was so good with the kids. Inconsistancy with instructors make me not want to do these classes. I don’t know his name but he was great and my son loved his classes. Too bad.
