The Southborough Senior Center has booked a private demonstration cooking class at Bullfinch’s Restaurant. It will take place the evening of Tuesday, January 27.
The opportunity is for 20 people. The class comes with 3 course menu paired with appropriate wines:
One of their chef’s will lead cooking opportunities to taste, discuss, observe, and cook! They will demonstration how they will prepare and serve a multi-course dinner, each course presented by their wine expert.
To be prepared that evening:
- Appetizer: Seared Sea Scallops
- Main Dish: Beef Wellington
- Dessert: Chocolate Mousse
Because space is limited, pre-registration with a non-refundable reservation is required. (And because the Senior Center isn’t allowed to fund alcohol, part of the funds must payed directly to the restaurant.)
To register, stop by the Senior Center desk. $15 must be paid in cash to go directly to Bullfinch’s. The additional “suggested donation” to the Senior Center is an additional $15, either in cash or made out to the Friends of the COA.
A bus will pick up the group at the Senior Center at 6:00 pm and return at approximately 9:00 pm. Bullfinch’s Restaurant is in Sudbury.
Priority for reservations will be given to Southborough residents.
