St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Youth Group is offering to take care of your Super Bowl goodies.
The group is holding a Chili Bowl fundraiser, with more than just chili to offer.
To place your orders, email youth@stmarkssouth.org by Sunday, January 25.
The teens are selling:
- Chili – $10 per quart
- Cornbread – $4 per 4 squares
- Cookies – $1 for two
- Cupcakes – $1 each
Food will be available for pickup on Super Bowl Sunday. Stop by Steven’s Hall at St Marks Church between 9:45 am and 11:30 am on Sunday, February 1.
Funds raised will support the group’s next youth mission. They shared:
This summer twelve teens from St. Mark’s Episcopal Church youth group will go to Niagara Falls, NY in July and serve for a week with youth from across the country through Youthworks. They will engage in a range of service projects such as trail clean up, helping the elderly, home repair, cleaning and painting, and providing free kids’ clubs, complete with games and Bible stories.
The Chili Bowl 2015 fundraiser will help cover the expenses for the youth and adult chaperons to attend this trip.
Please help our middle school and high school students learn to reach out to others this summer and make a positive difference.
