Before listing the week’s schedule, here’s an update on Algonquin Regional High School’s winter season to date.
On Saturday, Algonquin was all atwitter over their Senior Night games, especially basketball. One of many shoutouts by @THawkstweets throughout the night included this retweet:

Winter league championships started up for several teams.
ARHS Swim took 5th place in the Boys division. Girls took 7th place as a team, with Dorian McMenemy grabbing 1st in the 50 yard freestyle and 100 yard Butterfly.
Many of their swimmers will go on to compete at the state championships this weekend at MIT. The Girls compete Saturday and the Boys on Sunday. Both meets begin at 4:15 pm.
Boys Indoor Track placed 3rd for the league with Jacob Gore winning the 600-meter. (Click here for a great shot by telegram.com.) They’ll go on to Division Championships this Thursday.
Girls Indoor Track came in 4th place.
Gymnastics placed third in the Mid-Wach Championships with Ariel Wilbekin winning the beam. Their sectionals take place on Saturday, February 21, 2015, 10:00 am at Hudson High School.
