Can you keep a secret? Let’s hope so.
Friends and colleagues are throwing a retirement party for former Town Clerk Paul Berry. As you should know by now, Berry retired last month after about 43 years in the post.
I have to admit, I was a bit surprised to see the announcement on the Town website’s home page.
Temporary Town Clerk Michelle Jenkins explained to me that Berry doesn’t have a computer. So, she’s confident he won’t read that (or this) notice.
And, of course, she’s hoping those who read it can keep their lips sealed.
